Cancellations and Refunds
If we cancel the event
If we, the organizers of the Bengston Northwest workshop, cancel the event, then we will refund all prepaid monies less $10 per transaction (to defray fees levied by the payments processing service we use).
If you cancel your attendance
We hope you will not have to cancel, but we recognize that unexpected things do happen in life. Our general policy on refunds is in this table:

We will try to work with individuals on a case-by-case basis, and take into account any extenuating circumstances.
Privacy
We (Jennifer and Helen, the organizers of the Seattle-area Bengston Method workshop) collect information you supply via the contact forms. We use this information only to contact you in response to your queries and send event announcements we think you would wish to receive. If you ask us to delete your email address from our events announcements list, we promptly will do so.
When you register for the workshop, we usually receive information (from PayPal) about your billing address. We hold this information until a few weeks after the workshop, in case of payment irregularities or a need for refunding. About a month after the conclusion of the workshop, we delete our copy of attendees’ billing information. We do keep track of what nation, province / state, and major cities attendees were from; and unless you request otherwise, we keep your email address for future events announcements. We share workshop registrants’ email addresses with Bill Bengston and his team, so they can keep you informed of upcoming events and publications.
Browser “cookies” are used to make it easier for you to register and pay for the workshop. If your browser is refusing “cookies” but you still want to register for the workshop, use the contact form at the bottom of the page to let us know, and together we’ll figure out a way to do it.
